arts innovation movement: aim cincinnati and Cincinnati Ballet pool their resources and collaborate to introduce new audience to the beauty and diversity in dance, showcasing the diverse cultures and styles in dance with dancers from both companies and from other companies representing a variety of cultures, including classical and contemporary ballet, Hip Hop, musical theater, Chinese, and Indian Dance. Cultures of Dance includes an educational component which describes the history of dance and highlights the commonality of movement in various dance cultures, and the timeline from ancient to modern dance styles, as well as an interactive component that will engage audience members to get onstage and dance with performers. Run Time: 1 hour
Technical Requirements
- Artists Arrival: 30 minutes prior to presentation
- Organization representative should meet the artists and show them to the presentation area.
- The artists would like an organization representative to introduce them.
- There is a Question and Answer session following the presentation. It lasts approximately 5-10 minutes, which is included in 1 hour run time.

access to electrical outlets
one handheld microphone
CD player - Classroom or large gathering space is suitable for this presentation. Minimum amount of space needed for presentation: 24' x 30' (wood or linoleum floor, no carpet).
